ABOUT US

Located in Fort Mill, South Carolina, Quail Ridge consists of 90 beautifully constructed homes (on Blue Jay Pass, Nestling Lane, Caille Court and Peacock Run). Our quiet country setting has been described as "park-like". We have a picnic shelter, playground set & fire pit in our neighborhood common area.

AROUND US

Quail Ridge is located about 2.5 miles from I-77 (Carowinds Blvd exit or Gold Hill Road exit).  We are 25 minutes from uptown Charlotte, NC. 

We are very close to Carowinds amusement park, Lake Wylie, Tega Cay, Baxter Village, and the Ballantyne Area. Shopping is nearby at Rivergate in Charlotte, Carolina Place mall in Pineville, NC, Charlotte Premium Outlets while South Park Mall is about 25 minutes away.

The Charlotte LYNX blue line light rail station with free parking is on South Blvd (I-485 stop) eight miles away from Quail Ridge. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is 17 miles away.
